Hi, I’m Kelley
I’m passionate about helping clients reconnect with their strengths and rediscover hope, even during life’s most challenging seasons. A core focus of my work is helping clients build self-esteem and confidence, trust themselves, and identify their hopes and goals for life.
I’m a National Certified Counselor and Licensed Professional Counselor with specialized training in anxiety treatment for children, adolescents, and young adults. I also have extensive experience supporting clients through depression, low self-esteem, life transitions, grief and loss, and the everyday stressors of life. I’ve worked in private practice settings with individuals and groups, primarily serving teens (ages 12–18) and adults (ages 18+).
Above all, I am genuinely invested in the people I work with. I want to be someone who believes in you when it feels like no one else does. My goal is to walk alongside you through every season, providing support, guidance, and tools for growth, while helping you create meaningful, lasting change and a renewed sense of hope.
-
My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in person-centered therapy, with elements of CBT, DBT, and narrative therapy. Sessions focus on understanding your experiences, identifying patterns, building coping skills, and practicing practical strategies you can use beyond the therapy room.

People are not broken - they are human.
I believe we are all doing the best we can with the cards we’ve been dealt, and sometimes we need support to get through the harder seasons of life.
Therapy here is not about labeling emotions as wrong or rushing toward solutions. Instead, we make space to normalize your experiences, build self-love, and gently reconnect with meaning and purpose.

Therapy for Teens (Ages 12-18)
Helping teens build confidence, resilience, and their own sense of “I can do this.”
-
Therapy with teens is a supportive space that blends understanding with gentle encouragement to grow. I help teens explore emotions, build coping skills, and strengthen self-esteem in ways that carry into everyday life. Sessions are thoughtful, practical, and paced to meet teens where they are—always with the belief that even hard moments can lead to growth, confidence, and something brighter ahead.
Therapy for Adults (Ages 18+)
Support that helps you reconnect with your strengths and find your zest again.
-
Adult therapy is a collaborative space where compassion and growth go hand in hand. I help clients ages 18+ gain insight, gently stretch beyond stuck patterns, and apply what we explore in session to real life. With a strong focus on self-esteem and confidence, our work is paced with care and intention—always rooted in the belief that giving up isn’t the answer, and that meaningful, lasting change is possible.

The intake session is your first appointment and focuses on getting started together. The intake session is collaborative and paced to support comfort and clarity.

We will talk more about this more during our initial intake but I believe that building a foundation of rapport together is integral for long term progress and success. I recommend starting with weekly sessions and then stepping down to biweekly or monthly as we are meeting goals and seeing progress.
